The area also boasts Connaught’s highest mountain (Mweelrea), the Killary Fjord - the only Fjord outside Norway and plenty of Blue Flag beaches with beautiful coast walks. Island trips to Clare and Inishturk as well as other outdoor pursuits including fishing, golf, surfing, pony trekking – are all available in immediate area of the hotel.
